Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns 
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.  
Non-returnable items:  
  - Hygiene-sensitive products (nose pins, toe rings, earrings, body piercings, hair accessories, face masks).  
  - Perishable items, intimate/sanitary goods, gift cards, and opened media (CDs, books, etc.).  

2. Size & Product Accuracy
- All sizes are listed in product details. Please verify before ordering—size-related returns are not accepted.  

3. Return Process  

-Step 1: Email us at mail2anaura@gmail.com to initiate a return.  
Step 2: Ship the item to:  
  Anaura, 101, Ram Nagar Extn., Krishna Nagar, Delhi, India (110051).  
- Return Shipping Cost: Customers cover return shipping (₹120 deducted from refund).  

4. Unboxing Video Requirement  
- To expedite damage claims, record a 360° unboxing video in clear lighting when receiving your order.  

5. Refunds  
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days**.  
Sale items are final and non-refundable.  

6. Exchanges  
- Exchanges are only offered for defective/damaged items. Minor color/design variations are not eligible.  

7. Gifts  
- Gift returns receive store credit. Refunds for non-gift-marked items go to the original purchaser.
